Notes: This pair didn't have the recessives I thought they had, so it was interesting to see baby colors. At the time, I decided to stop breeding this line for a couple reasons, so mom found new home with one of her girls, and I kept some babies because they were cuties. :)

Notes: Lovely varieties of nutty shades here lol...the nutmeg babies are so cute. :) Mom is dark-ticked... her "ee" babies showed little faint pepper sprays of ticking at fuzz stage. *Looks* like 2 eef nutmegs as well, same as dad. I had hoped both parents were CC, but I'm thinking one is C* after all. I have one VERY light nutty girl, with no sign of ticking so possibly Ccb/ch eef. See shades below...

Babies: Oct 4th...1 mottle agouti boy, 1 mottle agouti girl; Nov 14th...2 golden agouti girls, 1 pied black girl
Notes: This was a retirement pair, so I was greatly surprised to find 2 mottle agouti babies born October 4th. Pups were beautiful and did great! Then Nov. 14th and nother surprise...2nd litter! I pulled the dad out, so mom wouldn't keep bearing pups at 2 1/2 yrs. Gerbils usually stop producing babies at 2 yrs. But she did an awesome job with her little ones, definitely a "supermom" :)

Notes: Such a pretty litter! Only 3 pups so they were real chunkers, so cute. Really nice size and pudgy. ;)
